With more than Two decades of post qualification experience, CA Geetha A B., founder
partner, is a Commerce Graduate, FCA, a certified information systems auditor (DISA), a
Registered Valuer, Insolvency Professional, Social Auditor, registered member of
Independent Directors Databank empanelment and also holds a Concurrent Audit certificate.
She has a wide experience 20+years in versatile areas of accounts, audit and finance. She
has a vide range of experience in handling all kinds of audit, taxation and compliance matters
of local and international clients. She also holds a vide range of experience in VAPT audit,
system audits and other than audit involves investigating data analysis, business process,
transformation services, due diligence reviews, process automation, international offerings
and Governance and risk compliance areas. Geetha’s industry experience is in Banking,
Consumer, Manufacturing, Retail & Health, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Automobile.
CA Roopa V, Partner
A good administrator and a passionate worker, she has hands on experience in Internal audits, Bank
Audits and Income Tax matters. She is also a Concurrent Audit Certificate holder and has also
successfully completed the GST Certification Course.
CA Kunigiri Sandhyarani
She is a passionate, determined and young professional having experience in book keeping,
preparation of financial statements, Conducting Audit and Preparing Audit Reports, Registration of
Companies & ROC filings, GST, Indirect and direct tax compliances, Ind As works.
Haritha Gandavadi, Associate
With more than 27 years of well work experience in the Finance, Accounts,Auditing and
Administration fields, CA Haritha has worked at various levels in the corporate world, right from
Accounts Manager, GM Finance, CFO to VP Finance and has excellent hands-on experience in fields
like auditing, financial analysis/planning, tax planning ,company law matters,budgeting, Process
Improvement, payroll processing, cash fund flow statements, MIS Reports, inventory control and up to
the finalization of the accounts.
